Job OverviewPosition Summary

Ted's Bulletin is renowned for its delightful offerings, including Ted's tarts and a variety of all-day breakfast options. However, our establishment is much more than just a dining venue. We pride ourselves on operating a scratch kitchen that utilizes fresh ingredients, crafting a thoughtfully designed menu of American cuisine. Recently, we have expanded our menu to include lighter options while maintaining the beloved classics that our loyal patrons cherish.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Staff member to enhance our operations. The role of Support Staff is crucial in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to our guests by:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables, floors, and service areas
  • Completing assigned side work tasks efficiently
  • Delivering food and beverages to patrons
  • Maintaining an organized work environment
  • Providing warm, genuine, and engaging customer service consistently.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience working effectively in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • The ability to memorize the menu and recall items accurately
  • Knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
  • High energy and stamina, with the capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending and reaching tasks
  • Legal eligibility to serve alcoholic beverages, with certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
