We are in search of a skilled Support Staff member to enhance our team. Our Support Staff play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest by:

  • clearing and sanitizing tables, floors, and service areas
  • completing assigned side work tasks
  • serving food and beverages to guests
  • maintaining an organized work environment, and
  • consistently offering warm, genuine, and engaging customer service to all patrons.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • the ability to memorize the menu and recall items from memory
  • knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
  • high energy and stamina; able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching tasks
  • if serving drinks, must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and certified (or able to become certified) in responsible alcohol service
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
