Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • the ability to memorize the menu and recall items accurately
  • knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
  • high energy and stamina, capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing physical tasks
  • if serving beverages, must be of legal age and certified (or able to become certified) in responsible alcohol service
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
