Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Dean's efforts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the Associate Dean and various stakeholders, including faculty, students, and external partners. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, which include overseeing special projects, organizing events, scheduling meetings, and coordinating committee activities.

The successful candidate will utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse array of individuals and groups, ensuring that events and initiatives aligned with the Dean's vision are executed effectively.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree coupled with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in executive-level project management or administrative roles is preferred.
