Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Manager to join our team at Tin Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Previous Restaurant Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
