Restaurant Operations Manager

At Le Pain Quotidien - Penn Quarter, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and high employee engagement.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage restaurant financials, including P&L, forecasting, inventory control, and cost management, to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
