At NSP, we pride ourselves on our close-knit team environment, where all leadership operates in-house, collaborating directly with staff.

Responsibilities in the Lab

The lab at NSP is tasked with the processing and printing of images, as well as the development of various non-print products. There are numerous roles available within the lab, and gaining experience can lead to opportunities in different areas. With a diverse set of responsibilities, you may discover a position that aligns with your unique skills and interests.

Our processes include color correction, removing imperfections, applying custom backgrounds, maintaining printers, and operating heat presses for creating alternative merchandise such as mugs and T-shirts. As a cohesive team, we focus on delivering high-quality products that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Entry-level candidates are welcome, as we provide comprehensive in-house training.

We offer flexible working hours and start times, with experienced team members potentially having the option to work remotely, depending on their specific role. Our busiest seasons are during Spring and Fall, which may require additional availability.

Qualifications

Proficiency with computers, particularly Windows operating systems
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred

Willingness to accommodate flexible schedules, including evening and weekend shifts as needed

Ability to adapt to weekly schedule changes based on the dynamic nature of our work

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication skills for teamwork

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
