Job Description:

Allied Universal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel, medical, and benefit files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with the annual open enrollment process, providing first-line support to employees and working with corporate benefits to resolve benefit-related questions.
  • Oversee the administration of our company uniform program, including sizing, issuance, and maintenance of uniform records.
  • Assist with workers' compensation claims management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Receive and coordinate leave of absence requests, working with corporate LOA department to ensure smooth processing.
  • Maintain post-hire data entry in WinTeam, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Respond to inquiries from outside vendors regarding unemployment claims.
  • Conduct HR-related audits on a monthly basis, processing weekly reports under the direction of Corporate Human Resources.
  • Coordinate employee relations programs, working closely with Corporate Human Resources to ensure effective implementation.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Effective management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple employees and engage them to perform at optimum levels.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize office management technology.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple competing assignments, and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in business, human resources, or related field of study.
  • Human resources and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience using WinTeam or other Human Resources Information System.
  • Experience using DOMO or other business intelligence tool.
