Associate Account Executive

At Independence Blue Cross, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing external customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage external customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Account Sales Reps and Functional Management to achieve sales goals
- Provide professional presentations and sales materials to customers and prospects
- Analyze and interpret trend data to provide recommendations for sales growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of two years' work experience in sales or a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and facilitate presentations
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
