Job Title: Clinical Account Specialist

Job Summary:

Organon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Account Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers by providing clinical information on our products, as well as education and training programs. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical information and education to customers on our products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-6 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree plus six to eight years of sales experience OR 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience.
  • Buy and Bill Experience.
  • Experience in women's health industry.
