About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Waltham Pest Services. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and selling a range of pest control and management services to support our clients' home and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required, but a strong sales background is preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid)
  • Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
