KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Beverage Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Delivering prompt and courteous beverage service to guests.
  • Managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Staying updated on promotional beverages and events.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial controls and responsibilities.
  • Engaging with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serving orders in the appropriate sequence while accommodating special requests.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • The physical ability to carry and serve trays weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Prior experience in beverage service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience with cash management.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain the necessary gaming license.
