Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, to meet the demands of our guests and team members.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and service of food and beverages.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of all baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree or certificate from a major culinary institute preferred.
  • Experience: At least six months of experience as a line cook in a major hotel or food chain.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of American and European pastries, ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
