Job Title: Caregiving Assistant Manager

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location. The salary range may vary depending on the client's needs and requirements. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, and document services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help clients with mobility, including transfers and walking.
  • Document services provided and communicate changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
  • Report any changes in health status or unusual behaviors to appropriate staff.
  • Follow care plans as outlined and ensure all client needs are met.
  • Transportation to and from appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an agency-specific training program, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required. You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors, and certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
