Job Summary:
We are looking for a Compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Home Again Assisted Living Inc. As a Compassionate Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, escorting residents to meals and activities, and participating in Life Enrichment activities.

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Escort residents to meals and activities
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities
- Answer resident call signals
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working in healthcare or social services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
