Overview of the Role

As a key member of the Merchandise Operations Team, the Merchandise Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the effective management of merchandise activities, ensuring seamless processing, organization, and fulfillment of products.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Physical capability to lift packages, navigate ladders, and manage merchandise carts; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply merchandising standards in accordance with visual guidelines.
  • Proficient in technology usage, including RF devices, PCs, iOS platforms, and software such as Excel and Word.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment that demands multitasking with minimal oversight.
  • Consistently meets deadlines and follows through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule based on business requirements.
  • Engages in additional store initiatives as directed by management.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license for potential company vehicle operation (specific locations only).
Responsibilities:

Merchandising Duties:
  • Manage incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement and presentation on the sales floor.
  • Adhere to established standards for product placement and visual presentation.
  • Assist with various store initiatives as needed, including restocking, floor recovery, and supply management during peak periods.
Fulfillment Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently locate merchandise requested by customers and fulfill their orders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
