Licensing Coordinator Intern

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will support our Licensing Department in their onboarding activities and ensure the precise management of professional licensing documentation and data entry for field personnel. Your daily tasks will vary, requiring adaptability, effective communication, and teamwork. Additionally, you will address licensing-related inquiries and provide essential administrative assistance. This internship offers practical training and an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our Sales and Distribution support, as well as how the Licensing team aids agents and field personnel across our operational regions.

Internship Structure: Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 model, where 80% of your time will be dedicated to tasks and projects within your designated area. The remaining 10% will involve exposure to other divisions within your assigned department for broader corporate experience, while the final 10% will focus on shared activities across the organization, allowing you to immerse yourself in our company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Current college student (preferably Junior or Senior) pursuing a degree in marketing, management, communications, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven individual.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to commit to approximately 15 hours per week during the academic semesters.
