Minimum Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
  • Master's degree with 4 years of related experience, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of pertinent experience, or equivalent
  • Associate's degree with 10 years of direct experience, or equivalent
  • High school diploma / GED with 12 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.D., D.O., PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree
  • Over 10 years of experience in life sciences or related field, including substantial clinical research exposure
  • Prior experience in feasibility and country clinical operations
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for study design and planning
