Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multifamily Sales Executive to join our team at My Local Expert LLC. This role is responsible for acquiring new multifamily partnerships and upselling existing partners to exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend multifamily conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, property management companies, and individual properties to lead presentations and increase multifamily partnerships.
  • Travel weekly to conduct in-person meetings and appointments, focusing on building our rental brand with a highly visible approach.
  • Maintain the best interest of the company, its advertisers, and our partners at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience working in the multifamily industry or in a business operating a regionally based sales team
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com or an online CRM system
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral/written)

Estimated Salary: $250,000 per year
