Account Development Strategist

As a seasoned professional, you will drive growth and success for Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. by leading account development strategies to increase the company's footprint across existing install base accounts while identifying new logos for our cutting-edge Genesys Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute analytical account development strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Effectively communicate Genesys' strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to their business needs and delivering compelling solutions.
- Strategize, mobilize, and lead extended teams of Pre-Sales Engineers, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue streams.
With a strong background in enterprise sales and a proven track record of introducing complex software solutions across multiple industries, you will thrive in this role. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for elevating Genesys to a more strategic position by developing client-valued solutions with supporting ROI models to support your customers' purchase decisions.
About the Ideal Candidate- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar education.
- 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrable success in verticalized sales, preferably with strong CCaaS, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS background.
- Maximum demands on quality work and high degree of sales and customer orientation.
This role offers a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $103,100 - $191,500, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
