About the Opportunity

We are a leading provider of pump and motor sales and service solutions, serving clients in the Chicagoland area. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a minimum of 5+ years of industry sales experience, including outside/field sales experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on level of experience and location. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission program, medical and dental benefits, paid time off, vacation pay, holiday pay, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent business acumen, technical knowledge, and communication skills. A current driver's license with a clean driving record and background check are also required.
