Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate client charts and ensure timely updates.
  • Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls, providing friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
  • Manage clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in, scheduled appointments, and potential clients.
  • Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audits, and maintain detailed records of cash and bank deposits.
  • Assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service and Office Administration
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficiency with Computers and Scheduling Software
