The St. Mary's, Ohio facility is known for producing rubber track products tailored for agricultural, construction, and defense sectors.

Position Summary:
The Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling machinery components, including operating cylinders, electric control cases, transmissions, clutches, and specialized tools, following detailed specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transport and lift designated parts from storage to the work area, utilizing manual methods or overhead cranes.
2. Operate hydraulic presses and heat components using blow torches.
3. Efficiently assemble heated parts before they cool, ensuring safety and quality.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to quality environmental policies and demonstrate knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with two to three years of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:
The role involves standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to handle materials. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is occasionally required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
