ACE Partners is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to enhance our dedicated team within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance of production machinery during the third shift, specifically from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the functionality and efficiency of production machinery by performing maintenance on both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including conveyors, PLCs, robotic systems, vision technology, and computer-controlled equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules and protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with assembly lines and conveyor systems.
  • Familiarity with robotic machinery.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams and schematics.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of working with 480V, single-phase, and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in Food & Beverage, Tool and Die, Water Treatment, or Automotive sectors.
