About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rehab LLC.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company that specializes in multi-family renovations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple team members
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries from clients and vendors
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as collections, to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve office operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
