Program Coordinator Job Description

Overview: The Program Coordinator is tasked with managing electronic security implementation initiatives, collaborating closely with team members to guarantee that projects are finalized within the established timeline and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate project initiation meetings
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to allocate resources and inform the Warehouse of project needs
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on progress
  • Participate in project meetings to ensure adherence to schedules
  • Engage with clients regarding project developments and timelines
  • Supervise installation activities at client locations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Assist technical personnel and guide the Project Coordinator
  • Apply Project Management principles and promote a collaborative team atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with 5 years of pertinent experience in low voltage systems or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn proprietary software
  • Capable of managing high-pressure situations and adapting to evolving business needs
  • PMP certification or a commitment to obtain it within 6 months
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems including fire alarms, access control, and video surveillance

  • Must be self-driven and highly organized
  • Possess a positive and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to effectively utilize available resources

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel may be necessary with prior notice.
