Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and customer accounts, ensuring effective communication and approval processes for resource management and scheduling.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of a comprehensive schedule to ensure synchronized operations.
  • Formulate, convey, and oversee detailed plans in collaboration with customer accounts.
  • Manage resource allocation for scheduling purposes.
  • Co-manage assigned resources, providing necessary instructions and oversight.
  • Continuously oversee timelines and logistics, implementing change management strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate the return of devices when necessary.
  • Provide forecasts for customer account scheduling objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of account statuses and quality records.
  • Implement business process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate training for third-party resources.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to resource effectiveness and address any underperformance.
  • Review and audit documentation, supporting the reconciliation of project records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Exhibit strong customer-centric communication skills to minimize impact on clients during project execution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management is required; a university degree (BA) is preferred, and PMI certification is advantageous.
  • This role involves substantial communication via phone and email; thus, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in the medical device sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
  • Negotiation and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word is expected.
