Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually

Role Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring that operational targets are met. This role includes managing various production departments such as Fabrication, Painting, Final Assembly, and Quality Assurance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet production, quality, and profitability objectives for the facility.
  • Oversee all production sectors, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are upheld.
  • Provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance the skills of production staff.
  • Maintain communication with management to effectively allocate resources in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor and assess team performance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement production strategies and goals.
  • Drive improvements in production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs associated with poor quality.
  • Ensure proper inventory management by utilizing appropriate parts and components during production.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Implement and uphold 5S practices within production workflows.
  • Establish, execute, and comply with standardized operational procedures.
  • Lead safety initiatives, integrating safety into all operational processes.
  • Maintain organized and clean production environments to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Encourage a positive workplace culture while holding team members accountable to high performance standards.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and direct team members.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Experience in fabrication is advantageous.
