Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer for Nitrogen Manufacturing to join our team at Dyno Nobel Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the Nitrogen Manufacturing business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the Nitrogen Manufacturing leadership team
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Finance or Accounting
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
