The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of administrative procedures and laws is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for community members seeking information about OATH's services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve community outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the community.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public administration) and at least two years of experience in community outreach, relations, or a related field. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
