Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Liaison Specialist to join our team at The Bachrach Group LTD. (TBG). As a Procurement Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include trust-building, pricing negotiations, and compliance management to ensure an effective vendor management process.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in facilities management within vendor relations and is ready to utilize their knowledge to bring value to our company.

The position comes with a competitive salary of up to $70K per year, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with key vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor communications and inquiries.

Vendor Trust and Collaboration:

  • Work to build and sustain trust with vendors.
  • Partner with vendors to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success.

Pricing Negotiation:

  • Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure we maintain favorable pricing.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all vendor-related processes adhere to company policies and industry standards.
  • Keep all documentation current and submit it promptly.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve vendor issues or disputes effectively and promptly.
  • Work with internal teams to find solutions that meet the needs of both parties.

Vendor Performance Evaluation:

  • Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement KPIs to measure and track vendor effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Vendor Relations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
