Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administration Assistant - Home Care. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and scheduling services to our clients, caregivers, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client appointments
  • Manage client care plans and schedules
  • Assist with office administration tasks, including data entry and report generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
