About the Job

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our department. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including receptionist/front desk duties, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing office correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process invoices
