Position: Systems Engineer - IT Service Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading both software and hardware components.
- Proactively identifying innovative solutions to challenges and providing recommendations for implementation. Engaging in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
- Overseeing the inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Ensuring system security through the management of software on endpoints.
- Keeping abreast of current and emerging technologies in systems.
- Executing additional tasks as required.
- Evaluating system upgrades and providing informed recommendations.
- Resolving issues as they occur while considering alternative strategies.
- Addressing all hardware-related IT challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience pertinent to the job description.
- Familiarity with the Windows operating system, specifically Windows 11 Enterprise.
- Experience in diagnosing symptoms for precise identification of user and network issues.
- Skills in planning computer and networking systems.
- Capability to install and maintain personal computers and network systems.
- Awareness of the latest technological advancements in the field.
