Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing leadership and management of our clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.
  • Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in SMG-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of services and operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience.
  • 2 years experience in healthcare management, physician practice management, and/or clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles.
  • Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience.
