About the Role

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Oncology Infusion Clinic in Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, clinical practice oversight, and management of a multidisciplinary clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the business, technical, and nursing support activities of a multidisciplinary clinic.
  • Develop and implement strategies and policies to accomplish delivery and growth of services at best possible levels of cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee administrative functions of the clinic, including operations, marketing, facilities, finance, human resources, and planning and development.
  • Lead the achievement of aggressive development and dissemination of best practices and the cultivation of a highly-effective work unit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and three years of experience as a nurse supervisor, assistant nurse manager, or nurse manager.
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
  • Active BLS CPR.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical assistant scope of practice.
  • Sufficient active listening and conflict management skills.
  • Established skill in facilitating change, cultural integration, retention, and building effective teams.
  • High level problem solving skills with flexible solutions for a changing healthcare market.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree with Ambulatory clinic experience.
