Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager Clinic Operations to lead our Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner, sensitive to the patient's physical and psychological needs.
  • Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in SMG-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate clinical and operational strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business, or 6 years equivalent work experience, including management experience.
  • 2 years experience in healthcare management, physician practice management, and/or clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience.
