Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Manage the daily operations of assigned clinical practice teams and services, ensuring optimal delivery of safe, appropriate, accessible care and service.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage within resources allocated, making operational adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement complex change and improvements associated with access management, clinical quality, safety standards, and service excellence.
- Staff Engagement and Development: Manage staff, including selection, training, and development, performance management, recognition, discipline, and termination.
- Compliance and Emergency Preparedness: Ensure ongoing compliance and adherence to KP policy/procedure, as well as other compliance, regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements.
- Minimum two (2) years of post-masters experience as a therapist.
- Minimum one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
- Masters degree in behavioral health science.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Washington) required at hire OR Mental Health Counselor License (Washington) required at hire OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Washington) required at hire.
- Five (5) years of post-masters experience as a therapist.
- Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, managed care, and health care delivery systems.
