We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support in Hauppauge, NY.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day office activities, oversee office maintenance, and develop and implement office policies and procedures.

You will also supervise administrative staff, coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day office activities and ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Overseeing office maintenance, including equipment and facilities management
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Requirements include:

  • 1 year of experience in office management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
