This role involves working collaboratively across functional groups to drive activities associated with contract execution and payment of invoices in a timely and efficient manner. The Capital Planning Specialist will be responsible for administering and maintaining a high volume of ongoing contracts, making decisions exercising independent judgment, and clarifying contract terms and conditions for all parties involved. Additionally, this role requires providing updates to the engineering team on progress and status of payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and working with local plant procurement and A/P to ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in procurement, purchasing, and contract management, as well as knowledge of various operating systems and programs, including SAP and MS Excel. A high school diploma is required, with higher education preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self-starting individual to join our team and contribute to the success of jbs.
