We are a leading provider of digital printing solutions for labels, packaging, and commercial printing.

Our team is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Hartford, CT location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, executing repairs within company guidelines.
  • Maintain a parts inventory and ship parts as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on service call activity and collaborate with management to address any issues.

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills are essential.
  • Previous field experience and familiarity with travel are beneficial.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time with minimal notice is required.
  • Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Service-minded professionals who can build trusting customer relationships.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently.
