Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch to customer sites to repair and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
  • Install, refresh, replace, and remove equipment as needed.
  • Work with end-users to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Document and maintain hardware and software systems, including user account information.
  • Provide regular updates to management on technical issues and progress.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in field service or a related technical field.
  • A+ Certification required.
  • Must live within 20 miles of 06103.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation required.
