Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary link between the facility and the broader community.
Engage daily with potential referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, case management firms, and other healthcare agencies.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives for the facility.
Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families.
Perform admission assessments for potential residents, evaluating care needs, service requirements, equipment necessities, and insurance coverage.
Welcome new residents and their families upon admission.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or insurance, or equivalent educational background is preferred.
Familiarity with managed care or insurance is advantageous.
