Job Overview

Dayton Barns and All-Steel Buildings is a leading provider in the construction sales sector, specializing in a diverse range of steel and timber structures. Our organization prides itself on being customer-focused, professional, and socially responsible. We are currently enhancing our sales force and are offering comprehensive training for selected candidates to become Project Managers. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the main office for daily operations.
  • Utilize provided leads to finalize building sales without the need for cold calling.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized building designs.
  • Oversee and maintain all backend databases, including Email and CRM systems.
  • Manage your own customer database and leads effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and communicate with manufacturers as necessary.
  • Be adaptable and ready to take on various tasks to contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor and openness to coaching (Required)
  • Ability to report to the main office (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience in customer service (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational abilities (Preferred)
  • Excellent multitasking skills (Preferred)
  • Experience in incentive-based sales (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with suggestive sales techniques (Preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Preferred)

Additional Information:

This position includes paid time off and personal time off as discussed during the interview process. Currently, there are no healthcare benefits or 401K options available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000 - $100,000 per year
