We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Masonite International. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, development, and implementation, as well as experience working with production teams to ensure high-quality products.

Key responsibilities will include analyzing current manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance production capabilities.

Additionally, you will collaborate with production managers to develop and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards.

Other key responsibilities include working with engineering and maintenance to integrate automation and robotic systems into production lines, selecting appropriate materials for production, and conducting tests to ensure they meet required specifications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working on automated manufacturing processes is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of the principles and practices of process design, development, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for all aspects of production automation programs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience with automation and/or control systems.

Physical demands: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a mildly controlled environment with some cold and heat during extreme weather conditions, with a significant amount of dust.
