Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Beehive Industries. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and selecting manufacturing tools, equipment, and machinery required for aerospace production processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components and systems, considering factors such as materials, machinery, tooling, and labor.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure smooth production operations.
* Investigate and resolve production issues, such as defects, machine malfunctions, or process inconsistencies, to maintain a smooth production flow.
* Develop and oversee prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation processes to ensure that aerospace components meet design specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
* 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on metal parts preferred.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as Solidworks, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or similar systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
