Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and optimize production equipment and machinery to meet quality and production standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and systems
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for production staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in software and Microsoft tools, including CAD/CAM
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
