Our operational framework encompasses retail services such as acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.

Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Accounting Intern will collaborate closely with a Senior Corporate Accountant and engage with other team members in our office.
  • Enhance your understanding of various accounting systems, the monthly accounting workflow, and reporting cycles while honing your Excel skills.
  • Support the month-end closing processes, including preparing journal entry allocations, managing accruals, reviewing prepaid accounts, reconciling tracking for different processes, and ensuring the accuracy of internal journal entries.
  • Contribute to various special projects throughout the month.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related business field with a minimum GPA requirement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
