Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a Configuration Management Analyst at the Journeyman level to support our operations. The Analyst will join the Configuration Management/Data Management Team and will assist in the daily functions of the Program Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, organize, and analyze data related to software, aircraft, and product programs.
2. Support the Lead Configuration Manager in maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data, as well as tracking configuration changes.
3. Assist in the development of Engineering Change Proposals, following the PMA-281 Configuration Management Plan.
4. Implement government-established processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
5. Plan and execute configuration management in accordance with EIA-649 (Series) Configuration Management Standards, including EIA-649-1 and GEIA-HD-649 (Series) guidelines.
6. Help maintain a data repository for the storage, access control, and release of data to authorized personnel.

Additional Duties:
- Assist in maintaining Configuration Management databases.
- Edit Change Control Board packages.
- Capture meeting minutes and maintain a concurrency tracker.
- Ensure completeness of documentation and track activities with CDRL Owners/Reviewers.
- Maintain CDRL Tracker for individual contracts and delivery orders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity in tools such as Planner, Lists, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Display strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the duties outlined above.

Education Requirements:
This role necessitates a Bachelor's Degree or acceptable substitutions, which may include an Associate's Degree plus four years of additional relevant experience, or six years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is essential. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
