Position Title: FMS Financial Management Analyst

Role Overview:
  • Execute financial oversight support functions
  • Generate pricing information and financial documentation
  • Conduct financial assessments of FMS initiatives
  • Monitor fund allocations and spending
  • Assist in the creation of financial presentation materials
  • Compile financial performance reports
  • Reconcile FMS accounts
  • Formulate estimates for Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs)
  • Enter data into the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
  • Engage in negotiations regarding financial matters with stakeholders
  • Travel internationally for program-related support
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial management (with a minimum of 2 years in FMS)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is preferred
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense policies and Navy regulations is advantageous
